Smart Clinic Reception AI is designed for HIPAA/GDPR-conscious intake and scheduling workflows. It should not diagnose, provide clinical advice, promise treatment results, or quote final insurance/pricing outcomes.

Security pagePublic forms require consent, store consent metadata, use opt-out text, and keep human review enabled by default before patient-facing SMS automation.
Anti-spam pageDesigned to support HIPAA/GDPR-conscious workflows with intake boundaries, consent capture, staff review, and PHI caution before production use. BAA available for eligible clinics before production PHI workflows. For production use involving protected health information, use vendors and contracts that support the required healthcare privacy obligations.
Compliance pageNo. The assistant handles intake, reminders, scheduling, and summaries only. It does not diagnose, give clinical advice, make treatment decisions, promise pricing, or promise insurance coverage. Those questions are routed to your staff.
Human review mode is enabled by default, so staff can approve follow-up before it reaches a patient. Every outbound message supports opt-out.
The AI drafts intake and follow-up messages for staff review. Your team can edit, reject, or approve every patient-facing response, and clinical, pricing, or insurance-sensitive questions are routed back to staff.
The free audit reviews public workflow signals first. No patient data is needed to see where leads are leaking. Production PHI workflows are scoped only after agreements, access, and staff rules are approved.
Integration planning is available for custom and Enterprise rollouts. Most pilots start with web forms, website lead capture, and manual lead entry (including missed-call leads your staff log), with staff-approved messaging, before PMS or CRM connections are scoped.
Yes. Human review mode is enabled by default, so staff can approve, edit, or reject AI drafts before patient-facing messages are sent.
Outbound SMS includes opt-out language, and STOP-style replies are treated as opt-outs so follow-up can pause and staff can review the conversation.
A pilot can start after the free audit, approved scripts, consent language, messaging setup, and staff handoff rules are confirmed. Timing depends on lead sources and integration scope.
Each checkout payment purchases 30 days of access and does not renew automatically. If you do not manually renew, the workspace returns to the Free plan at expiry. Refund requests depend on onboarding progress, third-party costs, and the Terms.
The workflow is HIPAA/GDPR-conscious by design: it keeps intake and scheduling boundaries, consent capture, staff review, and PHI caution visible. BAA available for eligible clinics before production PHI workflows. For production use involving protected health information, use vendors and contracts that support the required healthcare privacy obligations. See the DPA and Compliance pages.
