Checkout acceptance does not authorize unrestricted production PHI. Patient-message processing is enabled per clinic only after the required signed agreements and security review.

1 booked implant or cosmetic case can cover the monthly plan for many clinics.

Each checkout payment purchases 30 days of access. There is no automatic renewal and no annual commitment: renew manually only when you want another 30 days. If you do not renew, the workspace returns to the Free plan at expiry. Refund requests depend on onboarding progress, third-party costs, and the Terms.
